LossLoops

Find the one stage that's costing your client the most.

LossLoops rebuilds each client's customer journey from the data they already have, then ranks every fix by the monthly profit it's worth. Built for marketing agencies.

Fix first: Respond

45% of leads are never reached, mostly calls missed after 5pm. Text back every missed call within a minute and route evening calls to the on-call tech.

Worth $3,900 to $6,100 a month in gross profit. Ranked first in 87% of 1,000 reruns with the data shuffled within its plausible range.

More Google Ads budget. New leads would hit the same missed calls.

From scattered data to the fix worth the most

  1. Connect what the client already uses

Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Meta Ads, HighLevel, CallRail, or a CSV export from any CRM. Access is read-only.

  2. Rebuild one customer journey

Every lead becomes a set of facts: reached, booked, won. Where the data is silent, LossLoops marks the outcome unknown and says why, instead of counting it as a loss.

  3. Size every fix in dollars

Each possible fix is priced in monthly gross profit, then weighed by how trustworthy the data is and how much work the fix takes. A thousand reruns test whether the answer holds.

  4. Explain it plainly

The report names the top three fixes, what to skip for now and what the data can't see yet. The numbers come from the math; AI only writes the explanation.

Works with the tools your clients run on

LossLoops only reads. It never posts, edits campaigns, messages leads or changes anything in a connected account, and a client can disconnect any source at any time.

Why agencies use it

One answer per client, not another dashboard

Clients don't need forty charts. They need to know which problem to fix this month, what it's worth and what to leave alone.

Honest about missing data

A lead with no follow-up logged isn't proof nobody called. When the data can't support advice, the report says measure this first.

Your agency's brand

Run every client under your logo and colors, and give business owners a read-only view of their own report.

Invite-only while we onboard our first agencies

Tell us about your agency and the tools your clients use, and we'll set you up. Client data is isolated per agency, encrypted, and never sold or used for advertising. How we protect it
